Free, safe and anonymous online support for young people. Offers the chance to speak to friendly counsellors, read articles by young people, get support from the community and keep a daily journal of your online activity.

SAMH is Scotland’s national mental health charity.

This site has lots of information to help you look after your mental health and wellbeing.

See Me is Scotland’s Programme to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination.

If you are deaf, SignHealth offer information and support to manage your mental health.

If you are having a difficult time and feel like you can’t cope, Samaritans offer free, confidential support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Find out how you can get support if you are suffering from an eating disorder, or are worried about how you feel about food.

Whatever might be worrying you, Childline offer a free and confidential chat with a counsellor.

respectme is Scotland’s anti-bullying service, and has lots of great information on what to do if you are getting bullied.

Young Minds is a mental health organisation which aims to make sure all young people get the best possible mental health support, to allow them to feel confident to take on life’s challenges.

Need to talk to someone about how you feel? Breathing Space is a free, confidential phone and web based service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.

If you need help or advice, you can speak confidentially to Childline on a wide range of issues by phone, online chat, email or on message boards.
