During the summer my sleep pattern became extremely sporadic and I spent hours at night on my phone and my sleep seriously suffered.

I decided to change this by making sure that an hour before I went to bed I would put my phone down and not look at it, this means I was able to fix my sleeping pattern and get a better night’s sleep.

Since then I have received many positive effects of going to sleep earlier such as less headaches and I feel like I have more energy to do daily activities.
